The Share@Work app is part of a research study involving UC Merced
employees. Using this app, employees can borrow and lend employment goods plus volunteer
services during employment time to help each other. They make new friends while saving
money and materials. By paying forward the generosity they receive from coworkers,
employees transform their workplace into a caring community.
